Site prices range from $3,500 and up
Join the River Bay Family, while you are here your guests stay with you for FREE!!! They can put a tent on your site and stay at no additional cost.
Each site's electric is metered and you only pay for what you use, we fill propane right on site, water is included in your seasonal fee, and sewer and/or black tank pumping is included as well!
Our seasonal family gets special pricing at Bayside Bar & Grill and discounts on clothing items at the River Bay store. In addition, you get special pricing on boat slips and are always placed at the top of our boat slip waiting list.
